Week 4: Lessons 16-20
Lesson 16: If you are in school or university, how has your experience been learning virtually during the pandemic? What do you like and dislike about life in quarantine?
Message: I´m not a college student, however, after I finished my degree Itaketook many online courses, so for me, it´s better that I don´t have to take a bus or be worriedas yourabout being late. But I miss meeting new people or hanging out with friends after class. << Excellent job, no mistakes!
_______________________________________________ Message: Today, I was in the school of my children, in virtual classes, it is soboredboring, but it is necessary for their education. Bored is when someone is in a state of being disinterested and unexcited Boring is an adjective to describe something that is not fun and not interesting. So example: the classes are boring. And this makes you and your children bored. Nonetheless I was being fine. In the summer i like to go to the beach in Santa Marta, Colombia, because Santa marta has the most beautiful beach of Colombia. And I like to visit many resaurants, and historical monuments. Wonderful job! Great grammar!
Lesson 17: Do you agree with how your government is handling the pandemic in your country? Why or why not?
Message: I would say that the government's handling had positive and negative effects. << Nice job! If we talk about the figures regardingtothe number of infections, the government strategy could decrease the number of cases but inaan economic context, most of the people were affected by the lack of employment. In this example, you could use the "could have" because this is a situation where you want to express your present thoughts on past decisions. So, you could say: "...the government strategy could have decreased the number of cases, but in an economic context..." For the preposition "regarding", you actually don't need "to". Examples: Regarding our house, I think we should sell it. Your recent letter regarding the proposal was good.
Lesson 18: What are your friends like? Are you an extrovert (someone who likes to socialize a lot) or an introvert (someone who prefers to be by themselves)?
Message: My friends, maybe 90%, areintrovertintroverts. ✓ Quiet people, with their own personality. ✓ But my best friend and my girlfriend areextrovertextroverted people. They are talkative people, and they love to socialize. ✓ I don't have a lot of friends. I'm better on my own with my projects and with a few people to be with, to spend time with. ✓ << include 'with' because the entire idiom = "to spend time with" Me, i consider myself as anintrovertintroverted person. Maybe 80% introvert and 20% extrovert. ✓ Because sometimes i love to be with my friends and meet new nice and good people. ✓ I don't like to party and the "night life". But i love the simplicity of being with a few friends and chat with them and play videogames and share experiences. ✓ Nice job! I'm better by myself but i need a few moments to socialize because being alone is a fuel to spend some time with family and friends.✓ Wonderful prompt! The only tip I have for you is that: "Introvert" & "Extrovert" are nouns. He is an introvert. I am an extrovert. We are extroverts. They are introverts. "introverted" and "extroverted" are adjectives. He is an introverted person. We are extroverted people.
Lesson 19: How was your day today? What do you like to do during the summer?
Message: Today, I was in the school of my children, in virtual classes, it is soboredboring, but it is necessary for their education.

For that reason Iconsideredconsider that it is necessary to get it, and we are able to start to solve the other problems. √√ Nice job! I changed it to "consider" because this is something you're currently doing in the present.
