Week 3: Lessons 11-15

Lesson 11: Do you have a favorite band or song? If so, tell us about them.

Message: Currently, I am listening to the Weeknd too much! 
You almost always the need preposition "to" with the verb "to listen". Ex: He listens to the speech. 

I like his R&B sounds. Now with the pandemic for covid-19 he has made amazing performances out of the establishordinary.
I think the idiom you're trying to use is "out of the ordinary", which means unique, unusual, etc. 


For example, he made a performance along a main car bridge in L.A. for the AMAs with fireworks and live, it was awesome! << Nice job! 

Lesson 12: What are some things you’ve bought this week? What are some things you need to buy in the future?

Message: Every week I buy the ingredients for my meals, like vegetables and bread. I need to buy a new mobile because mine has been damaged on the screen. (Use the present perfect continuous tense here)

You could also say: "...because mine has damage on the screen"

Lesson 13: How do you get around town? Do you walk, drive, bike, or take the train? Do you enjoy your commute to work?

Message: I take a bus for long distances, I like walking at any time. Thanks, good after pandemic. I´m working from home, so I haven´t to take crowded busses or be worry worried about being late

"to worry" is a verb
"worried" is the adjective version of it 

También puedes decir: "...I DO not have to take crowded buses or worry". Colloquially, we often add the auxiliary verb “do” when making negative statements. 

Lesson 14: What are some things you like to do to help the environment?

Message: Some of the things we do at home to help the environment are:
- Reduce the use of water, washing the dishes with less water, as well as, take a shower in a shorter time than the average. √ Nicely written! 
- Separate waste from organic and non-organic. √
- Use reusable bags √

Lesson 15: How often do you read the news? What kind of news would you like Fluenteam to cover in our lessons?

Message: In my opinion, it’s a matter of generation. For me, it is normal to read the newspaper every day. I have subscribed to the newspaper and all my friends and family members my age do the same. For the younger generation, the newspaper is less important. Due to the internet you can inform yourself differently. << Nice job!
